Our Role
We manage media relations and provide marketing counsel and editorial support for the firm’s complex litigation work and legal expertise, including arranging interviews for Kreindler’s law partners regarding plane crashes and other major transportation accidents in the U.S. and internationally; announcing victories for the firm on landmark cases; and promoting the firm’s positions on national issues such as aviation safety and security, terrorism, victims’ compensation and tort reform.

PR Support for the Largest Terrorism Case in U.S. History
For many years, Winuk Communications has co-lead public relations on the largest terrorism-related case in U.S. history, generating hundreds of national and international media reports; staging press and other public events; coordinating advocacy campaigns on Capitol Hill and more. This campaign for justice and accountability for the 9/11 attacks, ongoing in 2022, included a years-long successful media and government relations effort to compel the White House, FBI and U.S. Department of Justice to declassify and release critical and revealing 9/11 investigative documents. A key event in the campaign was a widely attended press conference Winuk staged in New York City, featuring presentations by legal counsel, 9/11 community members and U.S. presidential candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard.
Building Collapse and Lawsuit Attract National Attention
In support of a lawsuit brought by attorneys for the severely injured pedestrian victim of a partial building collapse in Boston, Winuk Communications generated substantial national and local publicity over the course of several months, including a lengthy front-page story in The Boston Globe and a feature on NBC-TV’s “Today Show.”
